Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from formula41gold.com. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. Return Request Period
    You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. How to Request a Return

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach a photo of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
  6. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  7. Inspection of Returned Products
